Ozan Tanrıverdi completed his bachelor degree at Dokuz Eylül Univesity Faculty of Law. His practice focuses on corporate law and governance, law of banking, consumer law, negotiable instruments law, commercial disputes and contracts, sports investments, intellectual property law, law of persons and criminal law. Ozan Tanrıveri’s main areas of experience are as follows:
- Advising commercial and financial enterprises on corporate law and consumer law
- Coordinating and leads civil and administrative litigation and dispute resolution procedures arising corporate actions
- Drawing up commercial contracts and providing consultancy services for companies
- Managing legal dispute processes arising out of loan and leasing contracts of financial institutions
- Advising on contracts in relation to the sale, purchase, lease or assignment of real estate, representing clients in legal disputes arising out of these transactions
- Drafting and negotiating employment agreements in compliance with labour law and workplace practices, advising employers and employees on termination of employment, employment-related receivables, resettlement, as well as representing clients in legal disputes arising out of these issues
- Representing companies in bankruptcy and debt enforcement claims or composition processes
- Initiating and following up of enforcement proceedings
- Representing clients in criminal investigation and prosecution
- Representing and advising clients on ex parte proceeding arising out of law of persons
- Sports law and management
